DAY 07 – SATURDAY

07:45 Meet in hotel lobby to depart on 04-day Classical Mainland Tour. Leave by the Coastal

Road to the Corinth Canal (short stop). Drive on and visit the Theatre of Epidauros

famous for its remarkable acoustics. Then proceed to the town of Nauplion (short

stop) and drive on to Mycenae to visit the Archaeological Site and Tomb of

Agamemnon. Depart for Olympia, "cradle of the Olympic Games" through the Central

Peloponnese and the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis.

Overnight in Olympia

DAY 08 – SUNDAY

Breakfast at hotel then on to visit the Archaeological Site with the Sanctuary of

Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium and the Archaeological Museum. Then drive on

through the plains of Eliad and Achaia until the new magnificent bridge which crosses

the Corinthian Bay from Rion to Antirion. Pass by the picturesque towns of Nafpactos

(Lepanto) and Itea until arrival to Delphi.

DAY 09 – MONDAY
Breakfast at hotel then on to visit the Archaeological Site and the Museum. Depart for

Kalambaka, situated at the foot of the astonishing complex of Meteora, gigantic rocks.

DAY 10 – TUESDAY

Breakfast at hotel then visit Meteora and enjoy a unique and most impressive scenery

with ageless Monasteries, containing priceless historical and religious treasures,

standing between Earth and Sky atop huge rocks. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia,

Thermopylae (visit Leonida’s Monument). Arrival back in Athens around 18:30-19:00.

NOTE: For visit of Monastery ladies need to wear a skirt and gentlemen long trousers

DAY 11 – WEDNESDAY

Breakfast, check-out and as per international flight departure time, meet for

transfer on to Athens Airport.
