Sunday Athens half day Acropolis Tour
After breakfast pick up from your Hotel to depart for the half- day Athens Tour. Today we will visit the House of Parliament which is well known for the unknown soldier’s tomb and the magnificent parade of the changing shift of soldiers. Our next visit will be the Olympian Zeus Temple, according to Mythology Zeus was the Father of Olympian (12) Gods. We continue to the Panathenaic Stadium where the ceremony of Panathinean games where taking place in order to honοr Athena Goddess. Next visit will be the Academy and the University and then the National Library, where keeps all the great History of Athens. We follow our program visiting the Acropolis, one of the ancient buildings located on the top of Athens with significance history as well as Parthenon , Erechtheion and the Temple of Athena Nike. Our last visit will be the Acropolis museum where you will have the chance to admire some of the most significant monuments in Greek history.Rest of the day is free time for you to enjoy the traditional shopping, cafes and restaurants of Athens. Monday Embark Cruise/Mykonos
Early in the morning transfer to Piraeus port and we embark for our Cruise Tour. Mykonos is our first destination and one the most well known islands for the vibrant lifestyle and natural beauty in all over Europe. It is also well known for the many boutiques, where you can enjoy your shopping and later on you can have your drink or food in one of the traditional restaurants that they offer multinational cuisine and admire the view of the unique traditional architecture. Tuesday Kusadasi (Turkey)/Patmos
We arrive to Turkish port of Kusadasi. Kusadasi is resort town laid on the Aegean sea, has beautiful beaches and also the area is well known with one of the best preserve Greek Roman ancient city Ephesus and Artemis Temple which is one of the 7 ancient world wonders. You have opportunity to join optional tour to visit this magnificent ancient sights. Then cruise to the Patmos island, where you have the opportunity to join optional tour to St. John’s monastery, who lived and wrote the book of Revelation. Overnight on cruise.
Wednesday Rhodes island
Early in the morning arrival to Rhodes, which is the 3rd biggest island of Aegean Sea. According to Greek Mythology Rhodes was given by Zeus to God Helion (Sun) as a gift that’s why people say it is a blessed island full of sun most of the year. It is also well known as the island of knights. Rhodes has some of the most beautiful beaches of Aegean sea and very well protected old castle with hundreds of traditional greek souvenir shops, cafes, traditional greek tavernas,etc. Overnight on cruise.
Thursday Heraklion(Crete)/Santorini
Early morning arrival to Cretan port of Heraklion. Crete is the biggest island of Greece and it is well known for the traditional Cretan food, organic olive farms,untouched beaches, hospitality of the locals and of course the well known Knossos archeological city. Today you have the opportunity to visit Knossos Palace, the center of the Minoan civilization with optional tour. Cruise to Santorini island. Santorini is a unique beautiful island which offers amazing view, the famous sunset of Oia, the unique beaches (the red beach and the black beach) and many other interesting places to visit and enjoy your staying at the island. According to some legends it is said that the continent of lost Atlantis is lying on Santorini’s seabed. Overnight on cruise.
Friday Piraeus / Airport
Arrival at Piraeus early in the morning. Breakfast on board and transfer to the airport for your departure flight or if you planning to stay extra nights in Athens we can also transfer you to your Hotel.
